Bioanalytical assay development that grows with your pipeline

Start with the inQuiQ and the binding affinity data that matters today, then expand to the inQuiQ768 for higher-throughput bioanalytical assay development as your pipeline grows.

What the inQuiQ brings to biotech R&D teams

Discovery moves at the pace of its data. The inQuiQ shortens the path from a new construct to the binding data that determines what moves forward.

An assay development service adds a cycle to every question

A fully qualified run at a CRO costs weeks of turnaround, and the follow-up question needs another cycle.

With inQuiQ

Answers within the same week

Running the assay in-house puts the answer in the same week the question is asked, and the follow-up injection on the same chip.

Druggability assessment runs on limited early material

Every microgram matters during early discovery.

With inQuiQ

One small sample, direct measurement

Analyse up to 16 targets and controls from one small sample, with direct measurement of filtered unpurified material.

Immunoassay development stops at an endpoint

Due diligence, licensing, and IND-enabling packages ask for more than an endpoint concentration.

With inQuiQ

Full binding quality data in-house

Licensing, partnering, and due diligence require evidence of binding quality, not just concentration. Generate sensorgrams, binding affinity, and active concentration in-house with standardized methods.

The platform should grow with the programme

Early programmes need flexibility, not a six-figure commitment. Later stages need throughput, not an extra instrument.

With inQuiQ

Scalability throughout the project

The inQuiQ scales from benchtop protein characterization to 768-sample workflows using the same chemistry and methods.

Start where you are, scale when you need to

Stage one4 channels, 4 sensors per channel
Stage twoSpotter expands the chip to 16 sensors
Stage threeAutosampler for runs up to 768 samples
Affinity range10 pM to 10 mM, label-free at every stage
Data outSensorgrams, affinity, kinetics

Stage one. The benchtop system

Four channels, each with four sensors and customisable flow paths. Run competition, blocking, and thermodynamic assays on the same chip.
Temperature controlled

Stage two. More answers per sample

A spotter enables 16-plex immobilization beyond 4-plex in-flow. Every sensor reads the same injection, returning targets, variants, and controls from one sample.
Spotter Up to 16 targets per sample

Stage three. Unattended throughput

The inQuiQ768 adds an autosampler for 2×96 or 2×384 well plates. Samples run in series with no operator present.

The same data, at every stage

Sensorgrams, kinetic constants, and active concentration stay consistent across stages. Validated methods move up without redevelopment.

Questions biotech teams ask

Yes. The affinity range of 10 pM to 10 mM, flexible immobilization chemistry, and assays cover antibodies, peptides and fragments, degraders and ternary complexes, oligonucleotides, and particles such as EVs and LNPs on the same instrument.

The inQuiQ starts as a 4-channel benchtop system. A spotter expands the chip to 16 sensors for multi-target panels, and the inQuiQ768 adds an autosampler for 2x96 or 2x384 well plates, running up to 768 samples in series.

An ELISA returns a value at a fixed endpoint. The inQuiQ records association and dissociation continuously, so a single run gives kon, koff, and KD alongside specificity and active concentration, with no label on either binding partner.

Yes. Existing SPR assays can be readily transferred to the inQuiQ. The inQuiQ supports flexible immobilization approaches, allowing researchers to use established capture molecules, surface chemistries, and assay strategies without having to redesign their workflow around a fixed assay format.

Yes. The inQuiQ can be used with a range of sample types, from purified proteins to more complex biological samples, depending on the assay design and sample matrix. For example, an antibody workflow can use a purified antigen or Fc-binding capture surface to immobilize the target, followed by injection of antibody-containing samples to measure binding kinetics and compare antibody variants.
